Jean-Noël Remiche was born in Köln on December 25th, 1971. He has studied at the Brussels Royal Conservatoire of Music where he has obtained two higher degrees (piano and chamber music) as well as a first prize in accompaniment. He has also won the gold medal at the Conservatoire of Tourcoing (France) and he is an award winner of the special accompaniment prize Belfius Classics. He has perfected his art with the pianist Roberte Mamou.
In July 2006, with the violonist Jean-Frédéric Molard (Soledad), he has obtained the second prize of the Torneo Internazionale di Musica (Rome) for the chamber music category. Their first cd “Road movies” has nominated for the “Octaves de la Musique 2014”.
Jean-Noël Remiche performed in more than 300 concerts (recitals and chamber music) in Belgium and abroad (Nuit de Beloeil, Ars Musica, orchestra of Tolima, Columbia ; Musical October of Carthage, Tunisia ; Italy : festival Valentiniano , France : festival Clé de Soleil, Hungary, Switzerland).
He has played with famous soloists such as Daniel Blumenthal, Albrecht Breuninger, Walter Boeykens, Alexandre Brussilowsky, Tatiana Samouil and Gyorgy Pauk. For several years, he has been working as an accompanist at the Brussels Royal Conservatoire of Music. He is also appreciated in various other fields : tutor for opera and for young performers in national and international competitions, master classes in Bruges (Belgium) and in France, with famous violonists such as Gérard Poulet, Marie-Annick Nicholas ou Jean-Pierre Wallez. He is currently assistant director at the music academy of Uccle.
